Verified before they can apply
Before anyone can apply to a role, they verify their identity with Stripe Identity, a government-ID check backed by Stripe.
Talent isn't listed publicly
You only see full profiles for candidates matched to your specific role. That keeps our vetted pool from being scraped or poached.
You verify too
Every hirer and every Talent Partner is verified through Stripe Identity before they can post a role or apply to one, so both sides always know who they're working with.
A backup bench, just in case
For every placement, we keep a shortlisted backup candidate on file for the first 90 days. If something falls through early on, you're not starting the search from zero.

Never pay a full month for work you haven't seen
Funds are held via Stripe Connect rather than paid to your Talent Partner upfront. For an ongoing Team Extension, release happens every 15 days: partial at day 15, the rest at day 30.
- If a Talent Partner goes unresponsive, a defined response window kicks in automatically.
- If it doesn't work out early on, we'll help place a replacement.
- If you disagree on delivered work, our support team mediates fairly for both sides. It's a service everyone is covered by, not a deduction.
