These Terms of Service govern use of the WaeWork platform, operated by WAE Pte. Ltd. ("WaeWork," "we"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
WaeWork connects hirers with independent freelance talent. WaeWork is not an employer of talent and is not a party to the working relationship between hirers and talent, beyond facilitating payments and dispute resolution as described below.
Payments for milestones are held by WaeWork's payment processor and released to talent once a hirer approves the associated work, or per the dispute process described in this section.
A platform fee applies to each payment processed through WaeWork, as described on our Pricing page.
