The fee tapers the longer you work together
The ongoing platform fee is split between client and talent, and steps down twice. The highlighted stage follows the month in the calculator.

What the fee pays for
Free to joinTalent Partners
Talent never pays to join or apply — only a small service fee once work is underway, which funds verification, backup coverage, and dispute support.
Ongoing verification
Every hirer and every Talent Partner is verified through Stripe Identity before they can post a role or apply to one.
Backup coverage
For every placement, we keep a shortlisted backup candidate on file for the first 90 days.
Neutral dispute support
If a hirer and Talent Partner disagree on delivered work, our support team mediates fairly for both sides. It's a service everyone is covered by, not a deduction against either party.
On a successful match for an ongoing Team Extension. It is one month's pay, charged to the client only. Talent pays nothing.
Project-based work has no separate placement fee.
The ongoing platform fee is the percentage for your stage (12%, 8% or 6%) or S$45/month combined, whichever is greater. It only comes into play at lower monthly pay.
S$45 is one combined minimum for client and talent together. We haven't set how it's split yet.

Once work is underway there is a small service fee: 4% in months 2–6, 2.5% in months 7–12 and 2% from month 13 on an ongoing Team Extension, or 5% on project work. It funds verification, backup coverage and dispute support.
